I'm confused--the article states that the car battery can only be recharged by the battery charger, then in the very next sentence states that it also charges while the engine is running. Which is it, and how do we know?

Charging of car battery[]
It's based on the fact that a car battery can, indeed, be charged with the battery charger when connected to a running generator. It can also be charged in the car due to when the car is driving, it uses the internal dynamo to actively charge the battery, just like in real life.
