Sosnovy Pass (Russian: Сосновый Перевал, Sosnovy Pereval, translated as "Pine Pass") is a small hill pass north of Sosnovka in the western area of South Zagoria, Chernarus.
General
Sosnovy Pass provides passage between the small village of Sosnovka and its larger neighbour Pustoshka; Green Mountain, the Proud Chernarus recreation camp and a small kolkhoz are also accessible via the pass from a dirt track that splits-off to the east from the main paved road.
More recently, a military checkpoint was erected near the north exit of the pass, most likely by the Chernarussian Defence Forces as part of thier response to the outbreak.
