Otmel is an easy-to-reach island in the south-east corner of the map, near Mod:Skalisty Island.

Otmel is directly south of the coastal town Mod:Kamyshovo. It is in the same chain of islands as Mod:Skalisty Island, and is the only other island to contain loot. To the south-east of Otmel, not far away, is Mod:Elektrozavodsk.

It has two low yield residential loot spawns, one low yield farm spawn, and one medium yield industrial spawn. It is not often frequented by players due to the lack of loot, and proximity to Mod:Elektrozavodsk. Due to the shallow depth of the water between the island and the main coast, swimming is not required to get to the island and as such it is not safe from zombies.
Thanks to interspersed tree cover, it can be used as a lookout point for Mod:Kamyshovo and much of the coast around it.
