A small backwater village in the North-West of Mod:Chernarus. The name derives from "Shovel" in Russian. In real life, Lopatino is the name of more than 50 rural locations (villages) in Russia.

Any survivors found here are more than likely escaping or returning from the Mod:International Airfield (or commonly known as the North West Airfield). No vehicles have been sighted to spawn there, though vehicles do cut through the city a lot - giving players the chance to steal or destroy.
