Green Mountain (Russian: Зеленая Гора, Zelenaya Gora) is a large hill to the northeast of Zelenogorsk. Standing tall at 402m in elevation, it is the 4th highest peak in South Zagoria. The primary point of interest at Green Mountain is the Radio Tower inside the military base which is by far the tallest building in Chernarus, easily visible quite far away.
Because of the good visibility of the surrounding area offered by the tower, it can be home to Bandits and Survivors alike. Infected spawn near the complex, but since Green Mountain is far removed from any other Infected-populated areas, players will more than likely be able to get away with using guns to dispatch them without alerting other Infected. Green Mountain is often used on many community servers as a "safe zone," which classifies as a region on the server where players can go to safely and interact with, trade with, and talk with each other, before venturing back into Chernarus.
Besides the military facility, there is not much at or nearby to the mountain.
