Large and durable rubber boots that reach just below the knees, designed to protect feet from getting wet. In-game description
Wellies are a form of waterproof boot common in Europe, and are often used during the rainy season. These boots are really useful for keeping dry in short-exposure situations, such as moving through a city, but they do not protect you in the same way that military boots would. They also provide a minor protection against cuts from exposure to the toxic PO-X gas.
