Selective-fire shotgun fed from a detachable magazine. Similar in design to the KA assault rifles, it can mount most compatible scopes. Uses 12ga bucks, slugs and rubber slugs. — In-game description

The Vaiga is a magazine-fed, selective fire shotgun in DayZ Standalone.

Overview

The only selective fire shotgun in DayZ Standalone, the Vaiga can fire in both semi-automatic and full-automatic modes and is fed from 5, 8, or 20 round detachable magazines. The Vaiga's larger magazine size, selective fire capability, and rate of fire give the user unparalleled control and put it head and shoulders above other shotguns in DayZ. Capable of wiping large crowds of zombies very quickly, the Vaiga can quickly and easily take down even armored players at close range.
