Tremors is a symptom in DayZ Standalone. It is one of the two symptoms of Brain Prion Disease, alongside bursts of laughter. The main symptom of tremors is twitching while aiming, which will affect long-range combat to an extreme extent. Tremors happen every 3-5 seconds
