The village of Sinistok is the most northwestern settlement in Chernarus that primarily consists of farmland.

Sinistok is a small village that lies tucked between the mountains of Misty Hill and Saint Roman. The town contains many houses, a general store, a Orthodox Chapel, and a water pump.
Nearby is the Tisy military base to the north, Vavilovo to the southeast, and Novaya Petrovka to the northeast.
