Ratnoye is a small and barebones village. It is one of many settlements along the Western highway of Chernarus.

Just outside of Severograd and to the west in the north-central area of Chernarus, Ratnoe shares the traits of most villages along the northern highway between cities. It is spread out, has a lot to do with agriculture, and does not have much in the way of special buildings as it is primarily houses, the prevalence of which prevent it from being classified as a hamlet.
