The railroad is what remains of a transportation system in Chernarus.

General

At this time, none of the rail system is operable to players. However, the railroad is an invaluable tool of navigation especially for those unfamiliar with the map. The railroad system begins in the northwest and makes its way east to Gvozdno before continuing farther east to Svetlojarsk on the coast. After Svetlojarsk, the rails head all the way south along the coast, around the cap, and west to the edge of the map beyond Bay Tikhaya. There are sixteen public Train Stations, plus several industrial depots throughout built-up areas.
