Tulga is a small town north west of Mod:Krutoy Cap, a potential player spawn point. Tulga contains only low yield buildings but heading almost due north players will eventually encounter one deer stand with a chance of weapons and a medium yield building with another chance for a rifle on the road from the coast to Mod:Msta. There is a Skoda spawn location here.
There is a very low chance of military loot inside Tulga.
