Misty Hill (Russian: Туманный Холм (Tumannyy Kholm), also referred to as Туманный верх (Foggy Top)) is a prominent hill in western South Zagoria. At 497m in elevation it is the 2nd highest peak in the region, second only to Saint Roman.

Located north of its taller neighbour Saint Roman and south of Tisy Radar Base, it has little to offer in terms of loot apart from a deer stand.
