The M4-A1 Rail Handguard is a weapon attachment for the M4-A1 in DayZ. Like all handguards, the M4-A1 Rail Handguard reduces the weapon's dispersion cone, increasing the overall accuracy of the M4-A1. While it provides slight less dispersion reduction than the MP Handguard, the M4-A1 Rail Handguard provides four picatinny rails for rail-based attachments.
