Note: this page covers the Standalone version of DayZ; for information on the Mod, see Mod:Locations. There are many places in DayZ Standalone that are popular with players besides the obvious Towns and Cities that dot the map. These other locations can be used for navigation or meeting with friends. Some may contain excellent looting opportunities, and others may simply be nice tourist attractions.

Places of Interest

Most auxiliary locations can be assigned to a specific geographic group like forests or mountains, but others are unique places that are the result of civilization.
