Hospitals are large buildings that contain medical supplies. There are only a few Hospitals in Chernarus, most of which are in the larger cities.

- Chapaevsk: one hospital located approximately in the middle of the area
- Chernogorsk: two hospitals are found here; one near the apartment complex in the northwestern part of the city, and one farther down southeast
- Berezino: one hospital located in the westernmost part of the city
- Elektrozavodsk: one hospital located in the middle of the city
- Novodmitrovsk: one hospital located in the upper 'block' of the city
- Severograd: one hospital located to the east side of the city
- Pavlovo military base: one hospital located in the eastern side of the complex
