A View of Grass Pyramid

The Grass Pyramid was an unmarked, semi-official location in the fields north of Stary Sobor.

General[edit | edit source]

As of the 0.45.124426 update, the Grass Pyramid no longer exists in Chernarus, instead having been replaced by a memorial of sorts. All that remains where the pyramid once stood is a small circle of concrete and a sign that says, roughly, the following:

Up until 23.04.2014, on this place stood a terrain glitch - Pyramid. - Senchi

History[edit | edit source]

Prior to the memorial being erected, there was once an actual pyramid covered in grass here.

This particular landmark was not easy to see from a distance in any weather due to the fact that it blended in with the grass and trees around it. This, combined with its extremely out of the way location, made it possibly the least visited destination in all of Chernarus during its time. It could be located by first heading to Stary Sobor and then traveling directly north to the cluster of woods that lies south of Prud and Old Fields. There, against the treeline, you would find the pyramid.

It wasn't much, but it was worth seeing at least once. Its odd geometric shape stood in contrast to the neatness of everything else in Chernarus. You could get a decent view of the surrounding fields if you walked to the top of the pyramid.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • This sign is supposedly the exact center of the Chernarus landmass (NOT the center of the map, which includes the water off the eastern and southern coasts). This is to serve as a marker to divide the landmass into four quadrants for development purposes.
