This settlement contains seven houses, a general store, and a barn. It is otherwise bare, sitting in a valley and surrounded by fields.
Most players likely ignore this town due to all the other more-favorable loot-containing locations nearby (Zelenogorsk, Green Mountain, Kozlovka, etc.), but it is still worth visiting this town to see what it has to offer. You will be met with Infected here, but aside from being in the middle of nowhere, this is one of the lower-risk locations in all of Chernarus in that regard.

- In real life Drozhino is a village in the Yuzhnoye Butovo District of Moscow. It is located near the Butovo firing range.
- Spelled Drożyna it's name of the village in Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Poland.
- As with a lot of signs, Drozhino's is spelt incorrectly (Дрожжино as opposed to Дрожино).
