This factory is located at the foot of the mountain of Malinovka, nearby to both Polana and Orlovets.

There is not much here as the factory appears to have been under construction. There is one large construction building that may contain loot, but there are no other lootable buildings to speak of. The factory is surrounded by mountains and hills, so it is very picturesque.
