The Combat Knife is a bladed melee weapon in DayZ.
The Combat Knife is commonly found in military spawn areas and other military spaces like Military Convoys. Compared to other knives, namely the Kitchen Knife and Steak Knife, the Combat Knife is exceedingly durable and also deals greater damage.
As a bladed tool, the Combat Knife serves for many different functions beyond combat. Its terrific durability means that, contrast to the counterparts above, the Combat Knife can preform many mundane tasks without becoming damaged at a rapid rate. The Combat Knife is used ubiquitously among well-equipped players for its small size, rapid attack time, high durability, and cosmetically appealing militaristic appearance.
