A bandana, that can be tied into various headwear. In-game description
Bandanas are a common head-dressing in most cultures, and it is extremely effective at keeping sweat from the brow in most situations. Bandanas can be torn into rags with a knife, similarly to shirts. They can also be used to bandage a wound, though they also must be disinfected first to prevent infection. Non-disinfected Bandana has a 15% chance of causing an infection. Disinfected item will lose its disinfected status when its condition drops due to received damage.
