A green truck with a large number of inventory slots. Like the Ural Civilian, the V3S can knock down smaller trees without damage. It is slightly smaller than the Ural and has a reduced fuel capacity, however is more agile. Due to its color and size it's easier to hide than the Ural.

Unlike the Ural Civilian, the V3S does not have a tarp around the passenger seats and thus the passengers are much easier to spot and shoot.
