[edit] Soldier Clothing?
In the course of playing the game, I came across a soldier outfit. It was unlike the civilian, camouflage, and ghillie sets, and featured a helmet and standard camouflaged vest, as well as leggings I believe. I found it in an apparently abandoned tent, which was located in the woods right outside of Skalka. Inside was the soldier clothing, as well as the camouflage outfit. Sharpestspoon (User:Sharpestspoon) (talk) 15:23, 7 August 2012 (UTC)

- Not sure we want to go down the hacked gear pages rabbit hole. There are a lot of items that aren't available in DayZ that are in the base game and can therefore appear as a result of hacking and I don't think we need a page for all of them. One thing we could do is a page on Hacking; how to recognize it, how to deal with it, and so on... Not how to do it obviously. - omniomi (talk) 16:26, 7 August 2012 (UTC)

I found that Soldier Clothing at NW Airfield, in one of the Baracks! together with M4 CCO SD and 2 Mags... and cant believe it but its still true! - 79.196.178.56 (talk) 14:08, 27 September 2012 (UTC)
- Enthusiastic anecdotal endorsements aside, consensus remains that Soldier Clothing is not a legitimate DayZ item and must therefor have been hacked or scripted in on legitimate servers or spawned per loot tables on private hive servers.
