- Hey there! Meant to explain that, actually. I did some digging into the configuration data for books, and only 145 are fully configured as items. There are a full 18 other books/poems/etc. included in the files, along with quite a few duplicates, and some of them even have skins present as if they had intended to make them items. If you can find one of the 5 that was removed, I'll eat my words, but I'm 99% sure they aren't actual items. Hope that helps. --Tatanko (talk) 12:19, 19 April 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks for the information. That's what I had in my mind about a reliable source. Is it possible to see the covers/image's of the books or item's? I had that idea a long time ago, that it might be easier to get the image's out of game data, rather than spending time and searching them. TeriyakiAsthma (talk) 16:47, 21 April 2017 (UTC)
- A post on Reddit is what actually made me begin questioning our own list. There's another older, outdated DayZ-related wiki hosted on the "Orcz" website that ended up hosting all of the images for the Reddit post and they're all still available, too.
