The Kawasaki M1030 is a military motorcycle. It is (was) used for reconnaissance, transporting messages, documents, and light-cargo between infantry.
The motorcycle does not appear to follow the same database status recording as other vehicles, so it will return to full repair status upon exiting and re-entering (As long as it is not destroyed completely). Same goes for the bike.
