Medical Box

A medical box seen in-game.

Medical Boxes can be found in Medical Tents, within/outside of Hospitals, and at Helicopter Crash Sites.

Each Medical Box contains;

10x Bandage
5x Epi-Pen
5x Painkillers
5x Morphine Auto Injector
5x Blood Bags

If you attempt to loot a medical box in a hospital and find a limited number of supplies (such as 2 bandages and a can), there is a high chance that the medical box is being covered up by these supplies. To access the medical box, simply loot the supplies that are covering it up and open the box.
