The M4-A1 Carry Handle Sights is a is a non-magnifying, iron sight for the M4-A1 in DayZ. Like the non-detachable iron sight on the KA-M, the M4-A1 Carry Handle Sights has no effect on the M4-A1's dispersion. The M4-A1 Carry Handle Sights does have the benefit of having a much wider FOV and no optic flare/reflection that other optics suffer from.
