Throwing a frag grenade will result in a high arc that can be difficult to predict without practice. The use of a grenade on an entrenched enemy/player can cause instant death, unconsciousness, injury, or hearing loss/blurred vision that can make flanking or charging the target easier or more effective. Careful judgement about your distance to the explosion needs to be considered especially if you are throwing without cover as the damaging radius of the grenade is quite large.

The RGO Frag Grenade is found in UAZ spawns. This anti-personel timed hand grenade is great for midair explosions and has an effective range of up to approximately 100m.
