The Volga GAZ-24 is a Russian automobile manufactured by the Gorkovsky Avtomobilny Zavod (Gorkovsky Automobile Plant). Volga cars were almost the only taxi cabs in the USSR. Volga taxicabs often have more than 1,000,000 km on their odometers and had several engine rebuilds.
