DayZwiki was created as a solution to a problem. Many new DayZ players had little ARMA 2 experience, including things such as backpack management and gun usage. Furthermore, in an enormous sandbox game that is rapidly evolving with weekly patches, many players wanted to learn about these changes and how it affected game-play. Thus, DayZwiki was born. The site is run by a small group of serious gamers who enjoy keeping the site running smoothly.
