The Brass Knuckles is a type of blunt weapon in DayZ Standalone. Although they do little actual damage compared to Blade weapons, it usually only takes one hit to the head to knock a player unconscious or to kill them, even if they are wearing Head Protection. The Brass Knuckles only take one slot in the Inventory, and are quite hard to see when in a Player's hands, So they are extremely useful when you are being robbed or want to neutralize a Player without killing them.
They are also very useful for taking prisoners.
