When are bandages necessary
When a player is injured, the player may start to bleed. Bleeding is indicated by a flashing medical cross symbol on your Blood icon. Bleeding can also be seen from the character model as a stream of red gushing from the player.
Bandages prevent a player from bleeding further. It is recommended that you use a bandage as soon as it is safe to do so. Failure to stop bleeding will result in loss of consciousness. If your blood level reaches zero, you will die.
How to use bandages
Bandages require one Inventory slot and share the same inventory space as your secondary weapon ammunition.
Bandages can be used when a bandage item is in your secondary inventory space, and either you are bleeding or a nearby player is bleeding. You can use a bandage by accessing the action menu. To use it on another player, you must look at the other player who is bleeding, then access the action menu.
