The KA-74 is a type of weapon, yet to be in DayZ Standalone.

The AK74 ("Automatic rifle Kalashnikov model of 1974") is a soviet assault rifle. The assault rifle is an chambered for the 5.45×39mm cartridge. The AK101 is an export version of the AK-74, chambered for 5.56x45mm NATO ammunition.

It was developed from the earlier [[AKM]] (itself a refined version of the famous AK-47) and introduced in 1974.
