Shipwreck is a unique "building" surrounded by cargo containers in DayZ. Located just north of Berezino, the Rify Shipwreck is one of two static gas zones located within Chernarus. The other static gas zone being at Pavlovo Military Base. To loot the ship without injury or sickness, a survivor will need a full NBC outfit as well as a gas mask with a gas mask filter. The destroyed ship will spawn some of the rarest military gear, such as 40mm Gas Grenades that can be loaded into a M79. The shipwreck has been long speculated in Chernarus as one of the places where the infection first began, although nothing has be confirmed.
