- Before 1.02, the .308 WIN Rounds were called the .308 Winchester Rounds.
- Until 0.55, the Blaze and Longhorn were chambered in 7.62x54mmR rather than .308 Winchester.
- The real-world counterparts of the Longhorn and M70 Tundra are not often chambered in .308 Winchester or the very similar 7.62x51mm.
- As of 0.57, the Winchester Model 70 Alaskan is shown in game as simply a M70 Tundra. Most variants of the current Model 70 are chambered in .308, including the Super Grade, Coyote Light, Featherweight and Ultimate Shadow variants.
